Bye Bye Kayla!
The time has unfortunately come for Kayla to take her kangaroo and go home.
Kayla started with us initially on a 2-week internship but proved to be a really valuable member of the team and ended up staying with us for 6, sorting out little niggles with projects left right and centre, lightening the mood and keeping everyone sane during what has been a busy 2 months at Snapshot Media.
We’ve been so impressed with the enthusiasm and dedication (not to mention hours!) that we bought Kayla an iPad as a little leaving present. Her time here was completely unpaid otherwise and to have someone put that amount of effort in, in those circumstances, is a real credit to her.
“The passion the team here at Snapshot Media have for their jobs is infectious. So much so that I decided to hang around after the initial two weeks that were proposed. My time here- amongst the Apple products and the excitement they have for their work has exceeded any expectations I had and amounted to a new obsession of my own for the digital media industry.”
Kayla will be finishing her degree in PR back in Newcastle, Australia and we are hoping to potentially see her back in our office full-time from July when she finishes. If she does go elsewhere we can highly recommend her as a fast learner with enthusiasm for getting things done.
