Snapshot Media help improve health services in Yorkshire
We’re excited to announce that following the success of one of our clients’ websites, we are helping to improve healthcare accessibility to people in East Yorkshire.
In 2010 we redesigned and built a brand new website for Haxby Group which has a number of surgeries and a pharmacy in North Yorkshire. Haxbygrouppharmacy.co.uk has served the community in a number of ways, such as:
- allowing patients to order prescriptions online
- showing opening hours and locations of each surgery
- allowing patients to keep up to date with the latest news at the pharmacy
- enabling patients to arrange prescription collections online
- offering advice about services and medication
- functionality so that customers can contact their pharmacy online
Following the positive results of the Haxby Group Pharmacy website, they are now working in partnership with Market Weighton surgery to incorporate a pharmacy on their site and serve communities in East Yorkshire in the same way. The pharmacy at Market Weighton is scheduled to open this autumn.
As part of this project we will be building Market Weighton Pharmacy a website that offers all of the same great functionality of the site we created for the Haxby Group.
While we continue with the build of Market Weighton Pharmacy’s new site, they are advertising for pharmacists and dispensers for this important service. Details on how to apply are on the current Market Weighton website.
We can’t wait to unveil the new website and see how it will improve medical services in the Market Weighton area – look out for launch!
