Snapshot Media FC get new football kit
Today we got a very special package in the post – our new company football kit!
Since the start of the season we’ve been playing every Wednesday in a corporate 5-a-side league in the centre of Leeds under the name Snapshot Media FC. The competition has been fierce but we think our new Adidas football kit – in company colours – is going to give us the edge.
Lola, our Copywriter, kindly agreed to model the new kit for this blog post and said it was incredibly comfortable – ‘kind of like pyjamas!’
The lads will be wearing the kit from next week and hope to trounce the opposition in a blur of neon green and black. Simon from the design team reckons we have no excuse but to come top of the league now: ‘We’ve not managed to dazzle them with our footy skills so far, so basically the tactic now is to dazzle them with the colour of our shirts! Looking at them is pretty horrific – let’s hope it’ll distract the opposition long enough for us to score some goals.’
Andy, our Director and Snapshot Media FC manager, hopes the new kit will give Snapshot Media FC a new lease of life: ‘We started off well this season and we even beat one team by 15 goals, but as the weeks have gone on we’ve struggled to keep pace. It’s great to have a company team as it gets our staff together. Those that don’t want to play come and cheer us on sometimes too. The new kit looks great – now we look more Messi than Messy! Let’s hope that it improves our performance on the pitch.’
