We provide you with the best digital media services possible and have happy clients of all shapes and sizes – all over the world. The company is run by 4 talented, intelligent and ambitious Directors as well as some excellent staff.

We’re the agency that never sleeps, always striving for perfection.

Being young, new and experienced puts us in the unique position of being able to take on a huge variety of projects. We’re always open to new ideas and have a history of helping our clients achieve success in the online world and beyond.

We create beautiful websites, complex web applications, create (or refresh) brand identities, train organisations in the use of social media and much, much more.

Dario Grandich – Director

Dario has a strong background in Customer management, Sales & Marketing, Design and Business. He has worked on a variety of design & web projects for clients all over the world. After a number of years experience and education in the Sales and Marketing sector and after building countless business to business relationships, he now manages the digital projects, ensuring the end-user gets the best service possible. Dario is the new don for the Yorkshire Mafia Young Guns and has been shortlisted for Young Business Entrepreneur in the York Press Business awards.

Lawrence Dudley – Director

Lawrence comes from a mixed background of Photography and IT. He’s worked with clients all over the world as a freelancer since he was 17. Lawrence has spent extensive time working in the Middle East, mostly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, working with private companies as well as the Abu Dhabi government. Lawrence worked on a large photo/video project for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics on behalf of AKQA and McDonalds.
Lawrence is bi-lingual English/German and specialises in graphic design, photography and motion graphics as well as general project management and business finance.

James Hall – Director View James Hall's LinkedIn profile

James has been programming professionally since he was 16, and it shows. He is our lead developer and has years of experience writing clean, reusable object-oriented code. He has contributed to many open source projects including our PHP framework of choice – CakePHP. Some of his open source work has been featured on Ajaxian, reviewed by PC World magazine and downloaded over half a million times.

Andy Fitch – Director

Andy has been developing websites and web applications since 2002. In more recent times Andy has focused on C#.NET web application development, completing work for Tesco, NHS, National Skill Academies, local authorities, Cogent, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Andy now develops websites and web apps using CakePHP, a rapid development MVC framework. Aside from the programming aspect of his work, Andy acts as the authority on front-end development specialising in accessibility & usability, utilising his vast experience with XHTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery. Andy earned 1st class honours in Computing Science and Information Systems at Newcastle University.

Tom Faller – Project Manager

Tom works at Snapshot Media as a project manager. He graduated with a first in law and joined the team shortly afterwards. He has a wide and varied skill set and spends a lot of his time running about ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget. Tom’s primary responsibility is to liaise between clients and the development team which involves extensive amounts of testing as well as scheduling work in and resolving technical support tickets internally.

Jack Roscoe – Web Developer

Jack has joined the Snapshot Media team straight out of University but brings with him experience working freelance as a developer for various other agencies. Jack works mostly with Andy, creating the code that makes our websites and web applications work. Jack enjoys writing compliant code and fixing Internet Explorer bugs.

Simon Read – Web Designer

Simon and Jack went to University together and both studied the same course. Simon has joined us as a graphical web designer with an element of account management thrown in. His core responsibilities are to assist in handling client’s creative work and creating web mockups for the development team to code.

Iain Cambridge – Web Developer

Iain is an avid computer geek with several years experience in developing in PHP and managing Linux servers. He is also passionate about automated testing using unit testing and Selenium.
