The Team
Dario Grandich
Dario has a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Design and Business. He has worked on a variety of design projects ranging from Product design to Website development. After a number of years experience and education in the Sales and Marketing sector and after building countless business to business relationships, he now manages all the digital projects, ensuring proposals are detailed, deadlines are met and the work is of the highest standard.
Dario also does a lot of Search Engine optimisation work for our web projects, ensuring our clients get noticed on all the major search engines.
Lawrence Dudley
Lawrence comes from a mixed background of Photography and IT. He’s worked with clients all over the world as a freelancer since he was 17. Lawrence has spent extensive time working in the Middle East, mostly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, working with private companies as well as the Abu Dhabi government. Lawrence worked on a large photo/video project for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics on behalf of AKQA and McDonalds.
Lawrence is bi-lingual English/German and specialises in graphic design, photography and motion graphics as well as general project management.
James Hall
James has been programming since he was 16, and it shows – he is fluent in PHP, MySQL, Objective C and a whole host of other languages. He is our lead developer and has years of experience writing clean, reusable object-orientated code. He has contributed to many open source projects including our PHP framework of choice – CakePHP. Some of his open source work has been featured on Ajaxian, reviewed by PC World magazine and downloaded over half a million times.
Andy Fitch
Andy has been developing websites and web applications since 2002. In more recent times Andy has focused on C#.NET web application development, completing work for Tesco, NHS, National Skill Academies, local authorities, Cogent, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Andy now develops websites and web apps using CakePHP, a rapid development MVC framework. Aside from the programming aspect of his work, Andy acts as the authority on front-end development specialising in accessibility & usability, utilising his vast experience with XHTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery. Andy earned 1st class honours in Computing Science and Information Systems at Newcastle University.
